Bulk fuel is a larger commercial purchase for a business, fleet, station, farm, hotel, or industrial site rather than an individual retail fill. It can improve planning and reduce repeated trips when product, storage, delivery, and supplier terms are matched correctly.

The search term can describe several buying situations. The useful answer depends on the exact product, unit, location, quantity, equipment, and timing. A retail benchmark, wholesale quote, and delivered industrial order are different price bases and should never be compared without normalising them first.
